Is White Pitbulls Rare?

The most common among its variations are those with a tuxedo-like coat that is a combination of colored coats with white markings.

Can White Pitbulls Have Blue Eyes?

But healthy white Pitbulls may indeed have blue eyes and usually, they are born with blue eyes. The blue color is because of the production of melanin that brings pigmentation into the eyes.
This pigmentation starts after the four weeks of birth and after the 10th month, you can see the right color of your canine. Adult canines hardly retain the blue color of their eyes but if they do so, you can consider them as non-standard. You can rarely see a black, brown, or grey coloured pitbull with blue eyes because they have a complete lack of melanin. The simpler answer is their appearance. They have a unique and pure white coat but the other traits are not very different from their kind. Their genetic makeup, price, and sunlight sensitivity make them different from other dogs. White dogs especially the red-nosed are highly sensitive to sunlight and that also increases the risk of skin damage or even skin cancer. So keep them indoors.
